| This is a Philippine Sailfin Lizzard. They are very rare to see this size. They have razor sharp claws and deep blue eyes. This one was confiscated and although he seemed so happy in the pond with the fish and turtles, I set him free due to the fact they are so rare. It was almost 3 feet long, and was a male due to the extension of the fin down the tail. An interesting note; when they run, they stand on their hind legs and run across the top of the water....amazeing! |
